These terms apply to the website at phosigil.com. They do not govern the Phosigil product, an evaluation or a paid licence; those are covered by the licence agreement you accept when you install or purchase.
Using this site
You may read, link to and quote this site for the purpose of evaluating Phosigil. You may not scrape it at scale, probe it for weaknesses outside our disclosure policy, or use anything here to impersonate Phosigil.
Content and accuracy
We try to keep every statement on this site true and current, and we describe compliance carefully: Phosigil provides evidence toward control requirements, it does not certify anything and it does not make you compliant with any law. Framework names belong to their owners. Product details can change between releases; the documents shipped inside the product are authoritative for the version you run.
Trademarks
Phosigil, the seal mark and the wordmark are trademarks of Phosigil. Vendor names that appear in the content library and on the security page belong to their owners and appear there to describe what the product simulates or uses, not to suggest endorsement.
Evaluation and licences
Installing the Phosigil product, including an evaluation build, is governed by the Phosigil licence agreement presented during installation and in your order. Phishing simulation, SMS and voice features must be used only against people your organisation is authorised to test and in line with applicable law; the product includes consent and notice tools to help with that, and you remain responsible for using them.
No warranty for the site
The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be available at all times or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or remedies in a signed licence agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. This does not affect liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
The law stated in your licence agreement governs disputes about the product. For this website alone, the law of the jurisdiction named in that agreement applies where one exists; otherwise, the law of the place where Phosigil is established.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
